This guide is prepared and owned by Wilkinson Hardware Stores Ltd ("Wilkinson", "we", "our" or "us"). All images are to the best of our knowledge a fair reflection, but we cannot guarantee the appearance and/ or colours of products shown exactly replicate the appearance and/or colours of the physical products. All sizes and measurements given are approximate, but we try to make them as accurate as possible.The products described and offered for sale in our guide are intended for domestic use only. You can pay online or by phone with Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro and Electron cards. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. You can also pay and order in store and payment must be taken at the time of placing the order. We are sorry but we are unable to accept cheques as a method of payment.
All prices in this guide are in £ sterling and are valid at the date of print, but may vary during the life of this guide. If the price changes, we will tell you the new price before any contract is formed between us and you can decide whether to continue with your purchase. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the appropriate rate. Any omission or error in any sales literature, web page or site, order form, quotation, price list, order acknowledgement, dispatch note, invoice or other document issued by us may be corrected by us without liability. If your purchases are faulty or do not do what we say in writing that they will do, you should contact us within a reasonable amount of time following delivery or following discovery of defects. Where you have purchased products with a manufacturer's warranty, you should contact us and inform us of any defects in those products within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer (details of which are supplied with the products). We will examine the products and, if they are faulty or do not do what we say in writing that they will do (or, if relevant, do not conform to the manufacturer's warranty), we will, at our discretion, remedy the defect in question (occasionally through a third party) and replace or refund the defective products.
We want you to be completely satisfi ed with every product you purchase from our guide. In addition to your rights under 'Faulty Products' and the Distance Selling Regulations, if you are not completely satisfi ed with your purchase for any reason within 28 days, please contact us. We will deal with your query as quickly as possible and gladly exchange the product or arrange a refund of the relevant products (a few exceptions apply*). If necessary, we'll arrange to collect the products from you. Prior to collection, please ensure your purchase is repackaged in a suitable manner, ideally using the original packaging it was delivered in. Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we will not be liable to you for misrepresentation (unless fraudulent), common law duty or under any express or implied term of this contract for: any losses which are not foreseeable by both you and us when this contract is formed arising in connection with the supply of products or their use by you; any losses which are not caused by any breach by us; or business or trade losses. Our products have been selected for domestic use only: if you plan to use them for business purposes, please make sure you have the appropriate insurance. In relation to business users, we do not accept liability for the fitness of goods for business purposes, nor do we accept any liability for loss of use of the item nor any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim. Nothing in this contract shall limit or exclude our liability to you for things which we cannot, by law, limit or exclude and, further, nothing in this contract means that our liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees, agents or subcontractors is limited.

Legislation is in place to reduce the amount of electrical waste sent to landfill. It is intended to encourage separate collection and treatment of these products such as by reuse, recovery, recycling or sound environmental disposal. It makes manufacturers and distributors more responsible for the environmental impact of their products. We have joined a Governmentapproved scheme that provides facilities at local civic amenity sites to allow customers to dispose of their unwanted electrical goods free of charge. Products covered by these regulations are now being marked with the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on the actual product. Timber is a natural product and as such will be subject to movement and weathering as it seasons. It is not uncommon for small splits to occur (called shakes) in timber when drying, and warping when timber is allowed to dry too rapidly. These will normally go back when humidity rises. This is nature at work and should not be considered a fault. Acceptable limits are defi ned in the relevant BSI British Standards. Although products are pre-treated they will require treating with a preservative.
Although our cushions meet high standards, they are not guaranteed to be totally colourfast and should not be used against light-coloured fabric or any leather due to the potential for staining caused by colour transference.

Voucher codes are specific codes that can give you discounts, money off and free delivery when you buy goods from the WilkinsonPlus website. They are also known as promotional discount codes, offer codes and discount codes.
To receive the discount stated on the voucher code you must enter the correct code into the promotional code box before you confirm your order. The promotional code box is on the payment details page.
You can use only one Voucher code per transaction and that Voucher Code can be used only once per customer (as defined by registered WilkinsonPlus accountholder's details and/or the credit card address and/or delivery address).
Voucher codes that offer a discount when you spend a certain amount on goods apply only to goods bought in a single transaction and exclude delivery charges. Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with gift vouchers or gift cards.

We will do our very best to get your items to you as soon as possible. However, some of our products are sourced directly from the supplier, so they may take a little longer to be delivered. Please see products for exceptions. Standard delivery Standard deliveries are subject to a charge of £4.95 per transaction, not product. We will do our very best to deliverthese direct to your door within the time frame specified. Delivery to a room of your choice is not available on our standard delivery option. Heavy items Big items marked with a are subject to a charge of £20 per transaction, not per product. If you choose to order sizable products or a large number of products from us (what we would call bulk orders) we reserve the right to increase the delivery charge. We will ensure this increase is reasonable and refl ects the additional delivery costs that we incur as a result of your order. We will contact you in advance of your order being despatched to notify you of this increased delivery charge and you will be entitled to cancel your order at this point. Unless the products you are ordering are marked home delivery only, our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time/day. They will also confi rm the approximate timeframe in which delivery will be made by phone or by text on the delivery day itself. Delivery of these products can be made to any ground fl oor room of your choice on the provision that the delivery driver does not feel there are any health and safety issues or risk of damage to your property. If the items are marked home delivery only (shown by this symbol 3 – the number in the lorry indicates how many working days delivery will take) these items are sent directly from the supplier, who will contact you to arrange a delivery time. As these items are supplier direct, you will not be able to specify morning, afternoon or Saturday delivery slots, and calls/texts to confi rm a 2-hour delivery window and delivery to specifi ed rooms are not available.The supplier will deliver your order direct to your door (some exceptions apply – these are clearly marked in the guide). If nobody is at home when the driver calls, we will try to leave your item with a neighbour or in a safe place. Our delivery partner will leave you a card to advise you of this or, if delivery has not been possible, details on how to rearrange your delivery.
