To make life as easy as possible for you we've got three ways to order.

- You can search for your product by using the code in the catalogue or just browse and shop at your leisure
- All orders placed online will be delivered to your home* or a Wilkinson store** of your choice (Please see Delivery Options and Home Delivery for details
Most of our stores now have WilkinsonPlus order points so you can order direct from your local Wilkinson store. (Please ask in-store for details

- Indicate the product required to the team member by quoting the 7 digit number, shown at the bottom of the description of the product, next to the price (e.g. 0152267
- The team member will then confirm if the stock is available order
- If the stock is available the required purchase is to be paid for using a credit / debit card
- All orders placed will be delivered to your home* or a Wilkinson store** of your choice (Please see delivery options and home delivery for details
Lines open between 8.00am - 8.00am Monday to Saturday and 9.00am - 5.00pm Sundays.

Our delivery partners will deliver your order direct to your door (some exceptions apply, these are clearly marked in the catalogue). If we are likely to encounter problems in delivering to your house, please let us know when you place your order.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as possible. Where we fail to deliver or delivery is delayed we will not be liable for any losses that are not reasonable or proportionate. We will not be liable for any trade or business losses.
Order process and acceptance of your order
When you place an order with us, this represents an offer to buy from us. Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract will take place on despatch of the goods to you or to the store. Ownership of the products shall pass to you on delivery to your home, or collection from the store, provided that we have received payment for them.
We can deliver to the following areas at an additional cost: Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Grampians & Northern Ireland. Please contact us on 08456 08 08 07 to agree a cost and suitable delivery time. Please note that we do not deliver to Europe or worldwide.

These terms and conditions describe the way we conduct our business through our WilkinsonPlus catalogue.
Our websites contain separate terms and conditions, which should be read when accessing and ordering online.
From time to time these terms and conditions may change. Please check for updated versions every time a new catalogue is launched.
We’re sorry but if you are under 18 you can only make a purchase from this catalogue with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
This catalogue is prepared and owned by Wilkinson Hardware Stores Ltd (“Wilkinson”, “Wilko”, “we”, “our” or “us”).
The images contained in our catalogue are to the best of our endeavours a fair reflection, although we cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown exactly replicate the appearance and/or colours of the physical products.
The products described and offered for sale in our catalogue are intended for domestic use only. If you are making a purchase for business use please ensure that you have appropriate insurance cover. All sizes and measurements featured in our catalogue are approximate, but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. All stock is subject to availability. Occasionally we may be unable to supply a particular item.
You must be 18 years or above to order through Wilkinson Plus. Certain products in our range require the recipient to be over 18. If we are in doubt on delivery we will request some form of ID. If the person receiving the order is unable to produce appropriate ID, our couriers will be unable to leave the order.
You can pay for your purchase online or by telephone using MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Solo, and Electron cards. We do not accept American Express or Diners club.
All of the prices displayed in our catalogue are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges. We will always display accurate prices for our products but if we do make a mistake, we will charge you the correct price for the goods and not attempt to sell them to you at a higher or lower price.
Where an item is on sale at a marked reduction in price but has not been for sale in our catalogue for a period of 28 consecutive days please be assured that the goods have been on offer at the higher price for a continuous period of at least 28 days in the last six months in a minimum of 20 of our stores.
As a consumer, there are certain terms implied into your contract with us, which we cannot exclude, or limit (for example, under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 we have to supply goods to you which are fit for their purpose).
You can also be assured that under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased by phone or online within 7 working days after the day of delivery. After informing us, please look after the goods whilst we arrange to collect them from you.
It’s important for you to know that nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If you would like more information on your statutory rights, contact your local Trading Standards Office (www.tradingstandards.gov.uk) or Citizens Advice Bureau (www.citizensadvice.org.uk).
We want you to be completely satisfied with every product you purchase from our WilkinsonPlus catalogue. In fact, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, or if your purchase is faulty, please call us on 08456 08 08 07 (calls may be recorded for training purposes) or email us at wilkinsonplus@wilko.co.uk. We will then deal with your query as quickly as possible and arrange a refund and the return of your purchase. If necessary we’ll arrange to collect products from you usually free of charge. Prior to collection, you will need to ensure that your purchase has been re-packed in a suitable manner, ideally using the original packaging it was delivered in. If the purchase is not re-packaged correctly, our delivery partner may refuse to collect it causing an unavoidable delay in us resolving your problem.

Legislation is now in place to reduce the amount of electrical waste being sent to landfill. It is intended to encourage separate collection and treatment of these products such as by reuse, recovery, recycling or sound environmental disposal.
It makes manufacturers and distributors more responsible for the environmental impact of their products. As a result of this, we have joined a Government approved scheme that provides facilities at local civic amenity sites to allow customers to dispose of their unwanted electrical goods free of charge. Products covered by these regulations are now being marked with the crossed out wheelie bin symbol.

Efflorescence: all concrete products may suffer the temporary phenomenon of efflorescence, this is not detrimental to the product performance and Wilkinson cannot be held responsible for its occurrence. Colour: Paving may be subject to slight variations in colour. Weathering: the appearance of paving and aggregate products will weather and change, especially after a period of time exposed to the elements. Dark patches may appear due to differential weathering. Like efflorescence, they generally disappear with time and Wilkinson cannot be held responsible for their occurrence. Dimensions: all sizes stated are nominal and may be subject to change. Slight variations in thickness may occur and Wilkinson therefore recommend that slabs are laid on a mortar bed.
