If necessary we’ll arrange to collect products from you usually free of charge. Prior to collection, you will need to ensure that your purchase has been re-packed in a suitable manner, ideally using the original packaging it was delivered in. If the purchase is not re-packaged correctly, our delivery partner may refuse to collect it causing an unavoidable delay in us resolving your problem.
