Small item delivery (standard delivery)

  • Order cut-off point 12 noon
  • Unfortunately we can only offer Standard Delivery on orders over £10

Big item delivery

  • Order cut-off point 12 noon.
  • Due to the nature of the products in this delivery stream we have to use various methods to transport these products to your home. Thesemethods include truck and tail lift, crane, kerb side delivery and two man delivery.
  • You will be informed of the delivery method that will be used when we contact you.

Store Collection

  • Store collection will be available from your selected store during normal opening hours (these can be found at wilkinsonplus.com or call 08444 778877).
  • Order cut-off point 12 noon.
  • When your order arrives at your selected store, a team member will be in touch with you to organise collection.
  • Selected Heavy/ Awkward items will be available back to store, however we recommend you have these types of products delivered directly to your home.

Supplier Direct

  • Order cut-off point 12 noon.
  • Depending on the size and weight of some of our supplier direct products the delivery charge may differ (see individual products for details).
  • Although we will do our very best to get these products to you as soon as possible, because we are sourcing these products directly from our suppliers they may take a little longer to get to you.

Our delivery partners will deliver your order direct to your door (some exceptions apply, these are clearly marked in the catalogue).If we are likely to encounter problems in delivering to your house, please let us know when you place your order.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you as soon as possible. Where we fail to deliver or delivery is delayed we will not be liable for any losses that are not reasonable or proportionate. We will not be liable for any trade or business losses.

Additional area costs for deliveries
We can deliver to the following areas at an additional cost: Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Grampians & Northern Ireland. Please contact us on 08456 08 08 07 to agree a cost and suitable delivery time. Please note that we do not deliver to Europe or worldwide.

Order process and acceptance of your order

Payment

You can pay for your purchase online or by telephone using Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, Solo, and Electron cards. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club. You can also pay and order in store and payment must be taken at the time of placing the order.

Prices

All of our prices displayed in our catalogue are in £ sterling and are valid at the date of going to print but may vary during the life of the catalogue. We will tell you the varied price before any contract is formed between us and you may decide whether you wish to continue with the purchase of the relevant products. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT charged at the appropriate rate but do not include delivery charges. Any omission or error in any sales literature, web page or site, order form, quotation, price list, order acknowledgement, despatch note, invoice or other document issued by us may be corrected by us without liability. This catalogue supersedes all previous catalogues.

Your Statutory Rights

Faulty Products

If the products that you purchase from us are faulty or do not do what we say in writing that they will do, you should call us on 08456 08 08 07 (calls may be recorded for training purposes) or e-mail us at www.wilkinsonplus.com within a reasonable time following delivery or within a reasonable time following discovery of defects which are not apparent to you on an inspection of the defect.

Where you have purchased products which come with a manufacturer’s warranty, you should contact us and inform us of any defects in those products within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer (details of which are supplied with the products). We will examine the products and, if they are faulty or do not do what we say in writing that they will do (or, if relevant, do not conform to the manufacturer’s warranty) we will either remedy the defect in question (occasionally through a third party), replace the defective products or refund the price of the defective products.

Our 28 day Cash Back/Replacement Promise

We want you to be completely satisfied with every product you purchase from our Wilkinsonplus Catalogue. In fact (and in addition to your rights under "Faulty Products" above and your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations noted in "Your Statutory Rights" above), if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 28 days please call us on 08456 08 08 07 (calls may be recorded for training purposes) or contact us.

We will deal with your query as quickly as possible and gladly exchange the product or arrange a refund of the relevant products (**a few exceptions apply). If necessary we’ll arrange to collect the products from you. Prior to collection, you will need to ensure that your purchase has been re-packed in a suitable manner, ideally using the original packaging it was delivered in.

If the purchase is not re-packaged correctly, our delivery partner may refuse to collect it causing an unavoidable delay in us resolving your problem. **Please note that your right to return an item does not apply to certain items except where your statutory rights apply. (See faulty products) These are Products which cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons once unwrapped (for example, mattresses, sofabeds, divans and personal grooming products); CDs, DVDs, videos and computer software, which may be restricted to an exchange for the same title due to the problem of unlicensed copying. Delay or Failure To Perform

We shall not be liable to you if we are prevented or delayed in the performing of any obligations to you if this is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control including: an act of God, explosion, flood, fire or accident; war or civil disturbance; act of terrorism; strike, industrial action or stoppages of work; any form of government intervention; a third party act or omission; failure by you to give us a correct delivery address or notify us of any change of address.

Limitations of our Liability to You

Without prejudicing your statutory rights we will not be liable to you by way of representation (unless fraudulent), common law duty or under any express or implied term of this contract for: Any losses which are not foreseeable by both you and us when this contract is formed arising in connection with the supply of products or their use by you; Any losses which are not caused by any breach by us; or Business or trade losses. Our products have been selected for domestic use only so if you are planning to use them for business purposes, please make sure you have the appropriate insurance.

In relation to business users we do not accept liability for the fitness of goods for business purposes, nor do we accept any liability for loss of use of the item nor any loss over and above the cost of the item in the event of a claim. Nothing in this contract shall limit or exclude our liability to you for things which we cannot, by law, limit or exclude and, further, nothing in this contract means that our liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our employees, agents or subcontractors is limited.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Goods

Legislation is not in place to reduce the amount of electrical waste being sent to landfill. It is intended to encourage separate collection and treatment of these products such as by reuse, recovery, recycling or sound environmental disposal. It makes manufacturers and distributors more responsible for the environmental impact of their products. As a result of this, we have joined a Government approved scheme that provides facilities at local civic amenity sites to allow customers to dispose of their unwanted electrical goods free of charge. Products covered by these regulations are now being marked with the crossed out wheelie bin symbol.

Important Patio & Aggregate Product Information

Efflorescence: all concrete products may suffer the temporary phenomenon of efflorescence, this is not detrimental to the product performance and Wilkinson cannot be held responsible for its occurrence. Colour: Paving may be subject to slight variations in colour. Weathering: the appearance of paving and aggregate products will weather and change, especially after a period of time exposed to the elements. Dark patches may appear due to differential weathering. Like efflorescence, they generally disappear with time and Wilkinson cannot be held responsible for their occurrence. Dimensions: all sizes stated are nominal and may be subject to change. Slight variation in thickness may occur and Wilkinson therefore recommend that slabs are laid on a mortar bed.

Understanding your Timber

It must be remembered that timber is a natural product and will be subject to movement and weathering as it seasons. It is not uncommon for small splits to occur (called shakes) in timber when drying and warping when timber is allowed to dry too rapidly. These will normally go back when humidity rises. This is nature at work and should not be considered a fault. Acceptable limits are defined in the relevant British Standards.

Voucher Codes

Voucher codes are specific codes that can give you discounts, money off and free delivery when you buy goods from the WilkinsonPlus website. They are also known as promotional discount codes, offer codes and discount codes.

To receive the discount stated on the voucher code you must enter the correct code into the promotional code box before you confirm your order. The promotional code box is on the payment details page.

You can use only one Voucher code per transaction and that Voucher Code can be used only once per customer (as defined by registered WilkinsonPlus accountholder’s details and/or the credit card address and/or delivery address).
